‘Change is constant’, yet we’re are still surprised. Go figure.
‘Growth can never stop’. This is ‘Demands will only increase’. This is the new norm. The controlled environments we construct around us to manage risk and performance are increasingly unreasonable expectations. All aspects of our lives are more complex, dynamic, and open to variability and sudden shifts.
